Terms of Service

Last updated 16 July 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the No Horn web application, workflow automation services, and related integrations (collectively, the “Service”) provided by No Horn (“No Horn”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing or using the Service, or by connecting a mailbox or other system to it, you agree to these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you are authorised to bind that organisation to these Terms.

1. The Service

No Horn is a business tool that automates freight procurement on top of your existing systems. It sends requests-for-quote from your connected mailbox, captures and interprets vendor replies, routes approvals, and pushes confirmed trips to your Transport Management System. Features may change, improve, or be discontinued over time.

2. Eligibility & accounts

3. Connected accounts & authorisations

When you connect a Microsoft 365 or Google mailbox (or other third-party system), you authorise No Horn to access and use that account solely to provide the Service — for example, to send outreach and read replies within the procurement threads you initiate, as described in our Privacy Statement. Your use of those third-party services remains subject to their own terms. You may disconnect a connected account at any time, which will stop further access.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

5. Customer data

As between you and No Horn, your organisation retains all rights to the data it submits to or generates through the Service (“Customer Data”), including procurement records and captured correspondence. You grant No Horn the rights necessary to host, process, and transmit Customer Data to provide and support the Service. You are responsible for having the necessary rights and permissions for the data you connect or submit.

6. AI-assisted features

The Service uses automated models to extract structured details (such as prices or vehicle information) from correspondence. Automated extractions may be incomplete or inaccurate and are surfaced for human review where confidence is low. You are responsible for verifying outputs before relying on them for operational or commercial decisions.

7. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, and content (excluding Customer Data), is owned by No Horn and its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service during your subscription, and no other rights are granted by implication.

8. Third-party services

The Service integrates with third-party providers (including Microsoft, Google, Anthropic, Supabase, Google Cloud, Resend, and ULIP). No Horn is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of these third parties, and their services are governed by their own terms.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that automated extractions will be accurate.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, No Horn will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability arising out of or related to the Service will not exceed the amounts paid by your organisation to No Horn for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if you breach these Terms or use the Service in a way that risks harm to No Horn, other users, or third parties. You or your organisation may stop using the Service at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including ownership, disclaimers, and limitations of liability) will survive.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka shall have exclusive jurisdiction, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles, unless otherwise agreed in a signed written agreement between No Horn and your organisation.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, by additional notice. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Contact

Questions about these Terms can be sent to yash@nohorn.in. No Horn is operated from Bengaluru, India.
